Fair Housing Level-1 grant purpose: to fund Fair Housing related educational activities (NAR's At Home with Diversity is not eligible).

New guidance for 2021

Fair Housing Level-1 grant increased to $1,500. Note that any instructional fee is capped at $1,000 and the remaining $500 used to fund instructor travel, meals, marketing, etc.
Expected Financial Participation by Applicant: Minimum 10% of requested grant amount.
Your association may not apply for a Fair Housing Level-1 grant to conduct an educational event that you provided in 2020.
