NAR supports clear website accessibility standards under the ADA, and has requested, and successfully received, guidance from the Department of Justice on this issue to curb demand letters for alleged violations by businesses. NAR has also engaged with HUD and conducted research on Fair Housing Act-related claims on website accessibility.
