Leading with Diversity Workshop

This three-hour session for state association leaders and staff helps develop and articulate a business case for inclusion and diversity, define what diversity means in your community and move your association along its path to inclusion of diversity in your leadership. Workshop participants weigh the benefits of working with local chapters of multicultural real estate organizations and develop action plans that form the basis for a Diversity Initiative Grant. NAR will also work with State Association staff to help prepare the State Association to conduct this workshop for local associations in their state.
