The State Legislative Monitor helps association staff identify and monitor state legislation. This database monitors legislation by searching state government websites for real estate related policies. A weekly report on trending State legislation is published every Thursday on the REALTOR® Party website. State and Local GADs may also request access to the State Legislative Monitor database to run custom reports and receive weekly reports via email
