I represent and warrant that NAR’s use of the photographs and the rights and license granted hereunder, do not, and will not, violate any right (including without limitation copyright, trademark, trade secret, right to privacy, or right of publicity) of any person or entity, and that no consent or authorization from, or any payment to, any third party is required.

I certify that the person or ALL person(s) in the photo(s) are at least 18 years of age. If they are under the age of 18, I certify that their parent or legal guardian has given approval, and I agree to provide a copy of such approval to NAR. I have read this license release and I fully understand its contents, meaning, and impact.
