Cincinnati REALTORS® Rally Opposition, Prevent Transfer Tax Increase
Association: REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati Focus: Defeating proposed transfer tax increase in 2026 Hamilton County budget
Southwest Montana REALTORS® Teams with Billings, Great Falls and Helena Associations of REALTORS® to Promote Tax-Relief Programs
With help from a Consumer Advocacy Grant, four Montana associations mounted a robust campaign to raise public awareness of the state’s programs providing relief for low- and fixed-income earners, disabled veterans, and the elderly. While the multi-media effort was underway, REALTOR® representatives brought the information directly to their local senior centers.
From Concept to Construction: How Ohio REALTORS® Built a Scalable Model for Infill Housing
With support from multiple REALTOR® Party Grants, Ohio REALTORS® created the ‘Housing Ohio’ Tools for Development Guidebook and advanced statewide housing reform that secures funding, infrastructure, and financing mechanisms for small-scale infill development. Additional Housing Opportunity Grants have helped local Ohio associations promote the new resources in their communities.
