As You Pack

You can view the most up-to-date weather forecast. Current predictions are highs around 80 degrees and lows around 70 degrees. Attire for the entire conference is resort casual – please be comfortable! Monday’s Welcome Reception is on a grassy lawn, so please plan appropriate footwear. Wednesday’s Closing Reception is in an indoor/outdoor venue on the property. You may wish to pack an extra layer for the evening events. Should weather dictate that the receptions are moved fully indoors, that information will be communicated via the conference app.

Once You Arrive

The drive from the Miami International Airport to the Fontainebleau is about 25 minutes and the drive from the Fort Lauderdale International Airport is about 50 minutes. Conference registration is located in the Luster Gallerie on the Upper Lobby Level and will be open the following days and times:

Monday, February 24:    1 PM – 6 PM
Tuesday, February 25:    7 AM – 1 PM

Don’t Forget

All conference attendees (members and registered guests) will be issued conference wristbands that are required to enter all conference events. Please be sure to visit conference registration on Monday afternoon before the Welcome Reception. Forgot to register your guest? Staff can assist you onsite.
