2026 NAR RPAC Participation Council Chair
Rebecca Donatelli (SRS, AHWD, C2EX), a REALTOR® from Ohio with Elite Sotheby’s International Realty, is NAR’s 2026 RPAC Participation Council Chair.
An active NAR member, Rebecca has served on influential committees including the YPN Advisory Board, RPAC Major Investor Council, RPMIC, Leading Edge Advisory Board, and RPAC Participation Council. Her leadership and commitment have earned her numerous national accolades: She’s an NAR President’s Circle member, member of the RPAC Hall of Fame, and was named to REALTOR® Magazine’s “30 Under 30” Class of 2019.
Rebecca has been equally active at the state level, where she has served as the Ohio REALTOR® Party Chair and RPAC Fundraising Chair, as well as on numerous Ohio REALTORS® committees. She is a proud member of the Ohio RPAC Hall of Honor and a graduate of Ohio REALTORS® Leadership Academy.
At the Lake & Geauga Area Association of REALTORS®, Rebecca has held key leadership positions, including President, YPN Chair, RPAC Chair, and Leadership Academy Director. Her contributions were recognized in 2020 when she was named REALTOR® of the Year.
Outside of real estate, Rebecca is a published author and a graduate of John Carroll University with a degree in English. She remains active in her alma mater’s alumni association.
