2026 Chair, RPAC Major Investor Council
Marion Wadsworth (GRI, AHWD, C2EX), a REALTOR® from Idaho, serves as the 2026 Chair of the RPAC Major Investor Council for the National Association of REALTORS®.
Since becoming a REALTOR® in 2006, Marion has taken on numerous leadership roles at every level of the organization. In 2024, she served as chair of the NAR RPAC Trustees Fundraising Committee.
A graduate of the Idaho REALTORS® Leadership Academy in 2014, Marion has demonstrated her commitment to the industry through her service on the Idaho REALTORS® Executive Committee from 2015 to 2021, culminating as President of Idaho REALTORS® in 2020. She was also recognized as Idaho REALTOR® of the Year in 2023. Leading during the pandemic, she gained invaluable insights into leadership and witnessed firsthand the positive impact REALTORS® have on their communities. Marion continues to contribute her expertise on various local and state committees.
Marion is the Broker-Owner of Inspire Idaho Real Estate LLC and has been actively involved in her local association, serving as the 2014 President of the Mini Cassia Association of REALTORS® and being honored as its REALTOR® of the Year in 2017.
Marion is passionate about the real estate profession, viewing it as a lifestyle that offers a unique perspective on business, community, and politics. A committed RPAC investor since 2007, she is a Major Investor and Presidents Circle Member, advocating for the vital role REALTORS® play in policy and decision-making processes.
Marion shares her life with her husband and best friend, Scott Martens. Together, they are proud parents of nine children and delighted grandparents—Mimi and Papa—to nine “Grand Angels,” with two more on the way. Marion enjoys traveling, exploring the world on Harleys (especially the scenic routes of Idaho), golfing and spending quality time with family and friends.
