Talk through your association’s priorities and challenges related to housing opportunity, fair housing, smart growth, placemaking, rural communities, land use, and growth.
Explore strategies and proven approaches from REALTOR® associations across the country that can inform your advocacy, education, and community engagement efforts.
Identify Community Development Advocacy grant, technical assistance and and resources that best fit your goals from Housing Opportunity, Smart Growth, Placemaking, Rural Outreach, Fair Housing grants, Transforming Neighborhoods, Land Use Initiative and State and Local Growth Polling, that can help bring your ideas to life.
Whether you have a specific initiative in mind or are simply looking for ideas, this is an opportunity to brainstorm with the CDA team, learn what’s possible, and identify practical next steps for your association and community.
