Each quarter, Federal Political Coordinators (FPC) are required to file at least one field report describing any interactions they had with their Member of Congress or Senator. As members of the FPC Advisory Committee or as Government Affairs Directors, NAR has created a new tool for you to generate the field report tally on the FPCs in your state at any time. Please follow the simple step-by-step process below.

Step 1:
Go to NAR.aristotle.com and navigate to the “FPC Field Reports by Quarter” tab at the top of the page.

Step 2:
Choose your state from the dropdown menu, and set the year to the current Congressional cycle (2017-2018). Then click, “run report.”

Step 3:
A “Click Here to Download your CSV File” prompt will appear. Click the link as prompted. A report will generate with all FPC field reports for every FPC in your state by quarter over the two-year period.
For example, June 30, 2018 will mark the end of the 6th quarter because it is a 2nd year on a two-year cycle. 2017 was Q1-Q4, 2018 is Q5-Q8.
Note: Inactive past FPCs within the cycle will also show up in the report.
