1. Do these contributions go to state and local candidates?
No. All contributions made through the Pro-Property Platform go directly to federal candidates. State and local RPAC investments remain separate and are not affected.

We are tentatively planning to launch on July 31, 2025. Final confirmation will be provided approximately one week in advance.
  3. Can I give my full $2,000 President’s Circle contribution to my Member of Congress through the Platform?
No. The President’s Circle program is separate from the Platform. You may only contribute $500 to your Member of Congress through President’s Circle. Contributions through the Platform are in addition to your RPAC and President’s Circle investments.
  4. Who is the point of contact for the Platform?
Please contact your NAR Political Representative with any questions.
  5. Will the President’s Circle and Platform candidates be the same?
    In most cases, yes.
  6. Does a Member of Congress have to be on the list to receive a contribution through the Platform?
Yes. Only candidates designated as REALTOR® Party Champions and listed on the Platform can receive contributions.
  7. How does this relate to FEC contribution limits?
All contributions are direct to candidate campaigns and must comply with FEC regulations. The Platform helps you track your giving history via your account dashboard.
  8. Who is responsible for tracking contribution limits?
You are responsible for monitoring your own contribution limits. Campaigns are also required to return any excess contributions received above the legal limits.
  9. When will the candidate list be available?
Final candidate lists will be shared before the Platform launch. Updates will occur throughout the election cycle.
  10. Are candidates reviewed every year or every cycle?
Candidate inclusion is evaluated and updated each election cycle.
  11. Can new candidates running for open seats be included?
Yes. Open-seat candidates may be added if they meet NAR’s support criteria.
  12. If I gave to a candidate earlier in the year and they’re added to the Platform later, does it count?
No. Only contributions made through the Platform while the candidate is listed will count.
  13. Does the Platform only support incumbents?
No. Both incumbents and qualifying open-seat candidates may be included.
  14. Do Platform contributions count toward any recognition?
Yes. All contributions count toward the RPAC Hall of Fame. Additional recognition opportunities are being considered as the program grows.
  15. Can associations contribute through the Platform?
No. The Platform is for individual contributions only. Association staff and members may contribute as individuals.
  16. Is there a toolkit to help encourage other REALTORS® to participate?
Yes. Messaging templates, QR codes, and scripts for email, phone, and text outreach will be provided to help members engage their peers.
  17. Who decides which candidates appear on the Platform?
The RPAC Federal Disbursement Trustees determine the candidate list. You choose which candidates to support. Contributions are processed through a separate segregated fund (SSF) and sent directly to campaigns.
  18. Can I fulfill my Major Investor commitment through the Platform?
No. Your RPAC Major Investment must still be made through RPAC. The Platform is an opportunity to contribute in addition to your RPAC giving.
  19. What are the contribution limits?
For the 2025–2026 election cycle, individuals may contribute up to $3,500 per election (primary and general), for a total of $7,000 per candidate per cycle.
  20. Can I use the Platform to contribute for a local fundraiser?
Yes – if the candidate is listed on the Platform. Coordinate with your NAR Political Representative to ensure proper processing.
  21. If a non-REALTOR® contributes, will it still be branded as REALTOR® support?
Yes. All contributions will be branded as part of the REALTOR® community’s effort to support pro-property, pro-housing rights candidates.
  22. Will previous contributions made directly to candidates count in the Platform totals?
No. Only contributions made through the Platform will be tracked and credited within it.
  23. Will states receive guidance to help promote the Platform?
Yes. A detailed staff toolkit and comprehensive FAQ will be available at launch to assist with implementation and promotion.

  25. What resources are available to help me engage other members in my district?
We will provide a full suite of outreach materials including scripts, templates, QR codes, and engagement strategies tailored to your district.
