
Newly hired Association Executives (AEs), Government Affairs Directors (GADs), and staff responsible for promoting and managing REALTOR® Party activities are invited to participate in the New AE/GAD Advocacy Orientation, now offered fully online.
This virtual orientation provides an in-depth foundation in NAR advocacy programs and resources, designed to help you confidently step into your role and start delivering value immediately.
What You’ll Learn
Participants will gain a comprehensive overview of:
- REALTOR® Party tools and services available to associations to advance advocacy, outreach, and community priorities
- RPAC grants and tools and how they can support fundraising and political investment strategies
- How the National Association of REALTORS® Policy and Lobbying teams work with state and local associations to advance the REALTOR® federal agenda
- NAR economic research tools and products you can use to inform messaging and policy conversations
- Best practices for communicating the value of the REALTOR® Party and your association’s advocacy work to members
Virtual Training Format (COMING SOON)
- Format: Virtual sessions
- Length: Equivalent to the former 1.5-day program, delivered across scheduled online sessions
- Registration: Required; capacity may be limited to ensure interaction and discussion
