The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) is excited to announce pilot access for fifty (50) user licenses to FiscalNote Curate, a local policy tracking platform that tracks more than 400 legislative topics across more than 12,000 municipalities nationwide. This platform access is currently funded by NAR’s budgeted advocacy funds through December 2023.

State and/or Local Associations may request access to the platform under the following conditions:

  • All State and Local Associations are eligible for platform access except for state or local REALTOR® associations where FiscalNote Curate currently has an existing relationship. (This will remain in effect until the end of their existing contract term. Curate will provide premium features for these groups for the remainder of the current agreements.)
  • NAR will disseminate its fifty (50) user licenses under this pilot at no cost to State and Local Associations at a first come, first served basis. Once the fifty (50) user licenses have been allocated, NAR has the capability to increase the amount of user licenses during the term of its current contract with FiscalNote Curate at an additional cost, which would be shared with the applying association. This page will be updated and applying Associations requesting access will be notified once the 50 user license threshold has been reached. See attached NAR Local Policy Tracking Platform Guidance document for more details.
  • Each user license is limited to one log in for the Association requesting access for one association staff person only.
  • User licenses under this pilot will be active through December 31, 2023. State and Local Associations will be notified should NAR extend its contract beyond that date and what, if any additional requirements are needed for State and Local Associations to maintain access under any contract extension pursued by NAR.

3/3/2022 UPDATE: NAR has reached its 50 user license threshold for the pilot. All requests for access beyond the 50 will be notified via email regarding the additional cost as outlined in the Guidance document.

Instructions: State and Local Associations must request access to the Local Government Policy Tracking Platform through the form below. For questions about the platform, contact NAR State and Local Government Policy Representative Melissa Horn, mhorn@nar.realtor.
