We’re excited to share the launch of the new REALTOR® Party Grants Application Portal — your single, streamlined entry point for managing three core Advocacy programs:
- Issues Mobilization
- Independent Expenditures
- (Live January 5th, 2026 ) Community Outreach Grants (Fair Housing, Housing Opportunity, Smart Growth, Placemaking and Rural Outreach)
Our goal is simple: to make it faster, clearer, and easier to apply, track, and report on your advocacy work.
Please note that the system currently includes these three programs, and future expansion may be considered. Other REALTOR® Party Grants, such as the Consumer Advocacy Outreach Grant and RPAC Fundraising Grants, are still housed on the Grant Management System at https://realtorparty.realtor/grant-manager
