By the Numbers

Percentage of races that state and local associations won on Nov. 5 that used the REALTOR® Party’s independent expenditure program. This program provides funds that associations can use to support candidates for political office who support REALTORS® and the real estate industry. Of the 129 IE races decided on Nov. 5, 25 were in support of REALTOR® candidates.

With the cost of property damage topping $10 billion, the Federal Emergency Management Administration (FEMA) has been developing a new risk rating system, Risk Rating 2.0.
