Dates to Remember

Chair’s Letter

It was great to see so many GADs at our REALTORS® Legislative Meetings – and thanks for what you did to make those committee meetings and Hill Visits such a success.

We are very excited that the 2024 GAD Institute in Spokane is at capacity. Regrettably, that means some of you won’t be able to join us.

However, if you haven’t registered yet, please add your name to the waiting list. No promises, but it’s not unprecedented for GADs to have to cancel their registration at the last minute due to an important city council vote or unpredictable activity in the legislature. Showing high demand also helps NAR staff determine capacity and budget for future events.

Not only is our registration at capacity, so is our agenda. Major kudos to the GAD AG, who have spent the last nine months putting together a fantastic GAD Institute. In fact, we had so many good ideas, that several will be pushed to a future Institute or handled during our monthly All-GAD calls.

On that note, make plans to join us on Wednesday, June 26 at 3 pm (Eastern) where we’ll hear from a seasoned local GAD and a representative from NAR Research on ways to use economic data in your advocacy efforts!

Finally, start thinking about whether YOU might want to serve on the GAD AG next year … you’ll be in great hands with Chair Lacey Everett and the NAR staff! Applications will open this summer.

I can’t wait to see y’all in Spokane!
