With the rate of growth that Greenville, South Carolina is experiencing, the last thing it needed was a county-wide moratorium on new residential subdivisions. A timely Call for Action by the Greater Greenville Association of REALTORS® convinced the County Council’s Planning and Development Committee to reconsider.
