Next Thursday: RPAC State & Local Fundraising Transmittal Deadline! The year-end transmittal deadline is Thursday, December 14, 2023. This is the final deadline for individuals to be recognized as NAR Major Investors or for a state to receive credit towards its 2023 fundraising goal. Click here for important details. The Issues Mobilization Grant provides financial assistance to state and local REALTOR® associations to support effective advocacy campaigns and ballot initiatives on public policy issues critical to REALTORS® and the real estate industry. Seeking Solutions: Apply for NAR’s Transforming Neighborhoods Program Local REALTOR® associations can now apply for NAR’s Transforming Neighborhoods to bring the Counselors of Real Estate’s Consulting Corps expert real estate problem solving skills to your area. Does your community need help reimagining a neighborhood or town center, repurposing a brownfield or other troubled site, spurring economic development, or igniting commercial activity? Start discussions with public and private stakeholders, align your priorities, and shape your proposal now. Online applications are due by Feb. 9, 2024. The Consumer Advocacy Outreach Advisory Board hears requests each month via Zoom at 2pm ET. First quarter meeting dates are January 9, February 6, and March 5.
