The 2023 NAR Federal Political Coordinator (FPC) Advocacy Training Academy will kick off in Washington, D.C. January 19-20, 2023. This is a hybrid conference where new FPCs will attend in person and veteran FPCs will join virtually. FPCs are THE face and voice of real estate on Capitol Hill. They will learn to tell their story to Members of Congress in a way that resonates, leaving Washington with a better understanding of effective grassroots advocacy, campaign finance and how our government truly works. This is also their chance to network with fellow peers around the country. Important speakers include former Members of Congress, The Honorable Cheri Bustos (IL) and the Honorable John Katko (NY).

Please note that members are likely to visit the DC office on January 19 and 20.

Participants include:

• Select NAR Leadership including Pete Kopf, Colin Mullane, Kurt Thompson and Kevin Sears
• The NAR Leadership Travel Team
• All Federal Political Coordinators (new in person / veterans are virtual)
• The FPC Advisory Committee
