Maurice Taylor was the 2017 President of Arkansas REALTORS® Association. He has an expansive background in leadership and leadership training, including serving our country. A retired Army Master Sergeant who served in the military for 25 years.
Maurice was named REALTOR® of the Year by the North Pulaski Board of REALTORS® in 2008, REALTOR® of the Year by the Little Rock Board of REALTORS® in 2011 and is a graduate of ARA’s very first GRLA class.
He is currently serving as the 2021 Chair of the National Association of REALTORS® Professional Development Committee. He has also served as the 2020 Co-Chair of the Residential Real Estate Council Education Mastermind Committee.
He is currently an Executive Broker with Coldwell Banker RPM in North Little Rock. He is the Principle real estate instructor at Vivid Real Estate Learning Center. Maurice brings a unique teaching style and unbridled enthusiasm to real estate training.
When he’s not working, Maurice is a member of the North Little Rock City Council and enjoys time with his wife Hollie.

David Alan Cox has been an active REALTOR® and volunteer for 17 years and works for a large firm in Frisco Texas®. David Alan serves as Secretary/Treasurer for the Texas REALTORS® and Past Chairman for TREPAC. He has served on many committees including professional standards, member benefits, public policy, budget & finance, and the bylaws committee. Currently, David Alan serves on the Board of Directors for the National Association of REALTORS®.
David Alan’s passion is Fundraising and Advocacy and serves as NAR’s 2022 REALTOR® Party Fundraising Trustees Chairman. David Alan is also a member of the Women’s Council, NAHREP and AREAA, plus a proud Golden R investor, Presidents Circle and Hall of Fame RPAC member. As of 2018, he is a graduate of NAR’s Leadership academy class. When David Alan is not serving his clients or members of the association, he spends quality time with his partner of 27 years, Tony, and his chihuahua mixes Brody and Bentley.

Pat Ohmberger is an associate broker with HOME Real Estate in Lincoln Nebraska with 30 years in the real estate industry. Pat has served as president for the REALTORS® Association of Lincoln (RAL), the Nebraska REALTORS® Association (NRA), and the Nebraska Women's Council of REALTORS® (WCR).
During her eight years as the fund-raising chair for the Nebraska REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC), Nebraska achieved the coveted Presidents Cup seven times. Pat was inducted into the Nebraska RPAC Hall of Fame in 2011. Pat is a second tier, National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) RPAC Hall of Fame member. Pat has served on the NAR Residential Issues and Trends Research Committee. She is a 2011 NAR Leadership Academy graduate and served as the 2020 NAR Region 8, vice-president.
Pat’s community involvement includes the Leadership Lincoln Fellows Program. The Lincoln chapter of the Red Cross board of directors. The Lincoln Chamber of Commerce public policy committee and the Lincoln/Lancaster County Emergency Medical Services oversight board.
Pat is a wife, mother of four and grandmother of six. Pat’s real estate passion is supporting private property rights and serving her clients. Pat is a shining example of the servant leader role model through her willingness to serve others and give of her time and talents.

Kathy Fowler is the Designated Managing Broker with eXpRealty in Oklahoma. Prior to moving to Oklahoma City, Kathy was a REALTOR® in Enid for 12 years where she served as her local board president in 2009 and was selected REALTOR® of the year in 2007. Kathy is a graduate of the Oklahoma Association of REALTORS® Leadership program and was the 2018 State President.
Born and raised in Northwest Montana, Kathy worked in a variety of occupations. She fought forest fires, was an insurance agent and is Mom to an amazing daughter! When not selling houses, Kathy is a novice runner and has completed 13 half marathons in 2013. She has run 7 marathons including the Marine Corp Marathon and finished her first (and likely her last) 50 mile run in Montana, June of 2015.
She was selected as the 2018 REALTOR® of the Year for the Oklahoma Metro Association of REALTORS (OKCMAR). Currently, Kathy serves on several NAR and OKCMAR committees and serves on the State Board of Directors.

- Communicating the rationale if the NAR RPAC Trustees make a different funding decision for a federal candidate than requested by the state RPAC Committee.
Andrew began his real estate career in 1982 and currently a Broker-Owner with over 400 agents in Boca Raton and West Palm Beach.
Shortly after being licensed, Andrew became involved in his local Association and has had the privilege of serving as the:
• 2003/04 President of the REALTORS® Association of the Palm Beaches
• 2005 President of the Regional MLS of Florida,
• 2015 President of Florida REALTORS®
Andrew is currently serving as the 2021 Region 5 Vice President of the National Association of REALTORS®.

Judy has been a REALTOR® for over 30 years in Lexington, Massachusetts with a background in Human Resource Management and Training and Development prior to her real estate career. Judy served as NAR’s 2008 Region 1 Vice President, and in 2004 she was the President of the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®. She is a Past Clerk of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and past President of the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS®. She also serves as a Massachusetts RPAC Trustee, a Director for the Massachusetts and National Associations of REALTORS® and FPC for Congresswoman Katherine Clark. In her community, Judy is a bank director and past Chairman of the Lexington Chamber of Commerce. Judy is fully committed to helping to advance the REALTOR® Party agenda and is honored to be the 2022 REALTOR® Party Member Involvement Liaison. Prior to this position she served as Chair of the Major Investor Council, Chair of the RPAC Fundraising Forum and member of the RPAC Trustees Fundraising Committee and RPAC Trustees Federal Disbursements Committee. She is a Platinum R Major Investor and member of the RPAC Hall of Fame.
Greg Herb
REALTOR Party Community Outreach Liaison
Greg is the Broker and President of Herb Real Estate, Inc. Greg has been in the real estate industry since 1979. He holds an associate degree with a major in real estate and has earned the designation of ABR, AHWD, CRB, CRS, GREEN and GRI.
Greg has kept abreast through the vastly changing environment of real estate through his commitment to continued education, in order to better serve his customers and clients, as well as his continued involvement within the industry. Greg has served as president of the Montgomery County Association of REALTORS® and was a member of the Board of Directors. Greg also served on the Board of Directors for the REALTOR® Legislative Alliance. On the state level he served as the 2009 President of the PA Association of REALTORS®. He chaired many committees, work groups and PAG’s including Headquarter & Staffing, Legislative, Public Policy Coordinating Committee, Legal Action, RPAC & Finance and continues to serve as a Director for the PA Assoc. of Realtors. In 2010 Greg was honored as Realtor of the Year and in 2012 was Realtor Active in Politics.
On the national level Greg has served on the Board of Directors for the National Association of REALTORS® since 1999 and has served on many committees, work groups and PAG’s including RPAC Fundraising Trustee and Major Donor Council, Federal Housing, Risk Management, Business Issues, Consumer Advocacy Outreach Board and Affiliate Advisory Board. Additionally, he served as Chair of Marketing Forum, 2010 Regional Vice President and 2011 Vice Chair of Business Technology Information’s Systems and he served as a Liaison for Consumer Relations in 2015 and was the 2019 Chair of State and Local Issue Mobilization Committee. In 2012 Greg was also honored with the NAR Federal Political Coordinator Meritorious Service Award.
Greg has served on the National Board of Directors for CRB (Real Estate Brokerage Manager Council) and was the National President in 2005 and was inducted into the Hall of Leaders in November of 2020.
Greg served on community organizations as well including the Board of Directors for the YMCA, Ambucs, The United Way, and the Boy Scouts of America, Hawk Mountain Council, where he received the Silver Beaver Award. He is also a member of the Tri-County Chamber of Commerce and Berks-Mont Business Association. He is a founding member of and serves as President of the Foundation for Boyertown Education, a non profit 501(C) 3 organization.
Donna Smith

Donna just celebrated her 24th year with BHHS C. Dan Joyner REALTORS®. C. Dan Joyner has 9 offices across the upstate of South Carolina with over 400 agents. Donna has been instrumental in overseeing multiple offices throughout her career working to ensure profitability and success. Donna is broker in charge of the Woodruff Road at Five Forks Office., which she oversaw the construction of in 2019.
Donna is dedicated to her 50 plus agents and their success. In order to help ensure that success, Donna designed and implemented a mentor program for her office.
Donna prides herself in creating a culture for her office that is conducive to production while maintaining a warm and family climate.
Donna believes working in the real estate industry as a REALTOR® has afforded her opportunities of personal growth and success that otherwise would not have been possible. Her continued work within the industry and community is to ensure those opportunities are preserved for the future generations.
Donna has been married to her high school sweetheart, Keith, a REALTOR®, builder, developer, renovator of residential and commercial properties for 57 years. They have 3 daughters, all REALTORS® and 5 grandchildren.

Hagan Stone has been a licensed REALTOR® for 22 years. He was the 2010 "REALTOR® of the Year" for Greater Nashville REALTORS® and was their president in 2014 and the 2020 president of Tennessee REALTOR.S®
On the national level, Hagan has chaired NAR Leadership Academy, NAR’s RPAC Fundraising Trustees Committee, Commitment to Excellence Committee, and is now serving as REALTOR® Party Director in 2022. Hagan is a Platinum R Major Investor and a member of the NAR RPAC Hall of Fame.
Hagan and his wife, Laura, live in Nashville, TN with their two teenagers, Catherine and Dawson.
