What You Need to Know
Research shows we must do more to educate America’s armed service members about the options available through the VA Home Loan Guaranty Program. Nearly half of those recently surveyed were unaware that they can secure a mortgage with a $0 down payment. NAR CEO Bob Goldberg penned a column outlining how VA loans are helping vets achieve homeownership quicker than they ever imagined.
A recent study from NAR estimated that the housing market generated about $113,000 in economic impact per home sale in 2021.
