Delaware REALTORS® used a REALTOR® Party Consumer Advocacy Grant to educate local consumers about the detriments of the state’s Realty Transfer Tax. The tax, which is among the highest in the nation, has had a significant impact on the sale and purchase of property in Delaware.

Columbia REALTORS® Helps Missouri Capital Modernize Revenue Streams by Adopting Internet Use Tax

Columbia, Missouri had been forgoing tens of millions in revenue due to some outdated tax laws impacting online shopping. Using a REALTOR® Party Issues Mobilization Grant, Columbia REALTORS® successfully encouraged consumers to modernize the region’s tax code.

Tennessee REALTORS® Ensure Fair Housing Month is Recognized Every April in The Volunteer State
