Greater Lansing REALTORSĀ® Help Elect a City Council Candidate for Much-Needed Change
East Lansing, Michigan, home of Michigan State University, is a town with serious budget troubles. April Is The Month To Spring Fair Housing Forward
NARās most recent Existing Home Sales report showed nationwide housing inventory lower than its been since we began tracking this data nearly four decades ago ā way back in 1982. In Denver, as in cities and towns across the country, weāve heard reports of listings with more than 100 showings in one weekend and dozens of competitive offers rolling in soon after. Bidding wars and waived inspections and even sight-unseen offers have become more common than any of us would have ever imagined ā especially if you asked this time last year.

The REALTORĀ® Party provided the Mississippi REALTORSĀ® with in-depth economic research demonstrating how a First-Time Homebuyer Savings Account tax program would strengthen communities by increasing homeownership in the state. This, together with the strong coalition the REALTORSĀ® had built, convinced legislators that the tax incentive was a good idea: it passed with a near-unanimous vote, and has been signed into law.
