The resulting 3-D economic model clearly demonstrated the fiscal efficiency of concentrating growth in urban centers, rather than allowing sprawl, and will inform the development of the cityās Growth Plan.

In 2019, New York State Fair Housing law added Source of Income as a newly protected class. The REALTORĀ® Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach, Inc. is working with the Lee County Housing Development Corporation to provide free Homebuyer Education classes to the communities it serves. Course materials are provided by NeighborWorksĀ® America and include topics such as homeownership readiness, money management, the purchase process, and home maintenance.
