REALTOR Party Conference Grants Available! State and local REALTOR® associations can apply for a grant to host their own REALTOR® Party Conference to educate members and further the mission of the REALTOR® Party. Associations may qualify to receive funding to aid in hosting an educational or fundraising conference. Read through details and application process or contact Christine Windle. Get the Latest on Modern Growth Management Techniques Since 2008, NAR’s Growth Management Fact Book has provided a comprehensive look at a variety of modern growth management techniques, such as urban growth boundaries, housing moratoria, adequate public facilities and cluster zoning, to help REALTOR® associations develop well-reasoned policy positions to advance growth-related issue priorities. Each section covers impacts on property values, development costs, amount and patterns of development, housing affordability, incentive-based alternatives, and recommended talking points covering on pros and cons. The Land Use Initiative will analyze and provide talking points for state and local associations on proposed planning and zoning related measures that impact the transfer of real property. RPAC Major Investor Recognition Deadline Make sure you and your members are recognized as RPAC Major Investors before the REALTORS® Legislative Meetings! RPAC Hall of Fame Ceremony We are excited to announce that the 2022 RPAC Hall of Fame Class of 345 REALTORS® will be inducted during the REALTORS® Legislative Meetings! This is the largest single class to date! The induction ceremony will be held on Monday, May 8 from 5:00-8:00pm at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. Everyone is invited, so gather your state delegations to support the new inductees from your state! All members and guests must be registered for the REALTORS® Legislative Meetings to attend the ceremony. Questions?
