The Triple Crown recognizes state associations that meet their state-specific RPAC goals and local associations that meet NAR-specified criteria during the current fundraising year (Jan 1ā Dec 31 annually). The Triple Crown is awarded in May at the REALTORSĀ® Legislative Meeting & Trade Expo.
RPAC Fundraising Guide
Formerly known as the RPAC Almanac, the RPAC Fundraising GuideĀ is a comprehensive, informative, and easy-to-use resource compiled for use by state and local REALTORĀ® Associations. Under the cooperative agreements in effect between National REALTORSĀ®Ā Political Action Committee (RPAC) and the state RPACs, nearly all fundraising is conducted at the state and local levels. One of the most important functions of the National RPACĀ is to provide state and local associations with materials, information and technical assistance. Advocacy Territorial Jurisdiction
NAR’s Board of Directors approved a process for the use of advocacy resources outside of a state or local associationās territorial jurisdiction November 2017. The use of resources were divided into two categories: Situations where state or local association are making use of REALTORĀ®Ā Party resources for advocacy activity.
